Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Q. Will Herb Snow & Son haul away old appliances?
A. If we are delivering a new appliance to you, we will happily haul away the old one, free of charge.

Q. Are there specific days on which you service appliances?
A. Monday through Friday are our appliance service days. We use a block schedule of 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. so that we can help as many customers as possible each day. We can certainly provide a two hour window for a small fee. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional overtime charge.

Q. Is there a warranty on your used appliances?
A. Yes! Certified technicians do a thorough check of all used appliances for sale to make certain that they function as they should, and we back it up with a warranty.

Q. What is your parts return policy?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot refund parts at this time. We always obtain your replacement part by first looking it up with your model number. This way you will be sure to get the correct part for your machine.

Q. What do you charge hourly for service calls?
A. Herb Snow & Son charges a flat rate for a job rather than an hourly rate, which can give little sense of final costs. In order to avoid dishonesty from technicians, and see that you get the best, most efficient service, we let you know accurate costs beforehand.
